CMF Objectives

Healthy Mindset

Mental health is optimal our psychological and emotional well-being for healthy spousal, parental and social relationships. It enables individuals to participate to the best of their ability in planning, creating, organizing, and cooperating for deliverance in happy family and community at large.

Our aim is to promote healthy mindset, building resilience among youth, women, children and seniors. We enhance it through various programs of counselling, workshops, and other media awareness programs and connects effected and victims to expert organizations for active participation in social, economic, and political life.

Economic Empowerment

Economic well-being empowers individuals through education, skills training, and employment, promoting financial stability and community identity. We focus on equipping people with technical, entrepreneurial, and managerial skills for sustainable income, supported by training, microfinance, and entrepreneurship.

We assist Canadians and newly coming immigrants in credential assessment, skills transferability, licensing, job search and training opportunities, help to find referral, internships services and provide business development services from company registration to digital marketing.

Civic Engagement

Immigrants in Canada often struggle with integration, as many choose to live in ethnic enclaves, which can isolate them from the wider society. This separation leads to underrepresentation in key areas like social, economic, and political participation. As a result, immigrants may face challenges in accessing opportunities and influencing decisions that impact their lives.

To address this, we engage them through ethno-cultural programs that connect them with local community organizations, professional and business networks, and political groups. By fostering these connections, we encourage their active participation in social, economic and political decision-making processes, helping them become more involved and represented in all levels of Canadian society.

Safeguarding Canadian Heritage

Canada is a vibrant nation celebrated for its cultural diversity, where ethnic groups maintain their distinctiveness within a unified society. Its history began with Indigenous peoples, followed by European settlers and Post-WW II wave of immigrants that further enriched Canada’s cultural fabric, leading to multicultural policy celebrates diversity in cultural heritage, languages, traditions, and festivals.

We develop programs to safeguard the Canadian tangible and intangible cultural art, culture and heritage for civic and economic life of Canadians. These include films and videos, broadcast media, archives, performing arts, festivals and celebrations.
